- Perform Daily system checks against specific documentation
- Manage and resolve problems assigned by help desk or operations
- Problem determination and resolution within agreed SLA
- Maintain Information repository and team room documents
- Maintain an overall perspective of the systems and client supported
- Implement simple changes following specific documentation
- Perform security related tasks against specific documentation
Job Requirements & Qualification (skills/experiences)
- Experience with one or more flavours of Linux ( Red Hat, SUSE , etc) - Level 3
- Experience in a process driven environment Level 2
- Knowledge of TCP/IP - Level 2
- Knowledge of enterprise storage concepts - Level 1
- Ability to write/debug shell scripts - Level 2
Special Requirement (Education/Major/Certificates)
- Preferred Degree/Diplomas would include Information Technology; Engineering or Science
- Must have excellent team working skills - Level 5
- Demonstrated positive attitude - Level 5
- Ability to quickly assimilate technical and non-technical information - Level 5
- Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and verbal - Level 5
- Problem solving skills - Level 4
- Lateral thinking - Level 4
