职位描述(Job Descriptions)
HR Manager (Shared Service)
Responsibilities:
-Manage the HR functions of the corporate Shared service HR team in Shanghai.
-Support the companies in other provinces to gradually transfer standard processes within HR to the shared service office.
-Gradually increase the different services provided to different corporate business units until it covers all standard HR processes.
-Develop standard HR IT systems together with the IT department
-Assist the HR teams in both old and newly acquired companies in Mainland China to implement standard processes within HR.
-Administer employment contracts and maintain staff records
-Motivate and encourage staff
-Further develop Company guidelines, HR policies and legal compliance and make sure these are properly documented
-Work actively with performance management systems including performance appraisal, re-training, rewarding and warning systems.
-Responsibility for relations with Labor Bureau and other relevant governmental authorities.
-Responsibility for training, including training identification, arranging training plans, training reviews and making training budgets.
-Further develop communication channels between employees and management.
Qualification Requirement
-University degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
-Experience from a shared service organization is an advantage.
-Experience from a western company’s Human Resources environment
-Experience from developing a company’s Human Resources systems and procedures.
-Experience from implementing company guidelines and human resources systems into an organization.
-Strong leadership skills to ensure implementation of policies, procedures and when necessary corrective actions.
-Strong written and oral English communication skills.
-Excellent interpersonal/organization, communication and presentation skills; ability to interact at all levels across cultures.
-Experience from planning and organizing training
-Solid Knowledge of Chinese labor laws and regulations. Legal background is a plus.
