工作要求：
1.研究和搜集竞争者的信息，判断是否有商业的生存力而适时的制定一个会议主题。
2.为会议确定并且寻找合适的演讲者。
3.在规定的时间内开展及决定会议项目。
4.将会议信息传达给电话销售。
5.为会议撰写市场宣传资料。
6.做会议预算。
7.检查会议的的前期工作，场景布置。
8.会议前及会议后，与演讲者和赞助商保持联络。
9.寻找与战略伙伴的合作机会。
10.为会议制作基本的图案设计。
1.Conduct research and gather competitor intelligence to determine the commercial viability and timing of a conference topic
2.Identify and recruit appropriate speakers for the conference
3.Develop and finalise the conference programme within stipulated timelines
4.Communicate key conference information to sales team members
5.Write promotional copy for marketing purposes
6.Manage conference budget
7.Oversee pre-conference preparation and on-site event management
8.Liaise with speakers and sponsors before and after each conference
9.Source for event collaboration opportunities with strategic partners
10.Basic graphic design of each conference
