Delphi 亚太区招聘 product engineer。

要求：机械电子或机械设计专业应届硕士毕业生，或是有两年以上工作经验的本科生。


薪水：4k/m，发15月薪水，15％住房补充公积金，奖金另算。

工作地点在安亭，市区有班车接送。 

requirement:
1.	Independently manage a team of PE for the Design of Automotive Electric/Ele
ctonic Distribution Systems(EEDS)
2.	Maintain and grow customer relations
3.	Hire and train resources, provide career development
4.	Provide design leadership to ensure that all customer deliverables are met,
 while assuring accuracy and completeness of all design output.
5.	Continuously improve the functioning and efficiency of the department.
