职位描述：
POSITION PURPOSE:
Develop electronic engine control systems for advanced, clean and efficient diesel engines
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)Develop advanced diesel engine electronic control systems for China applications
2)Responsibilities include engine control systems calibration, testing, diagnostics and controller tuning in test beds and/or vehicles
3)Identify customer needs in engine controls area, and work with U.S. technical center to develop features and products to meet China market needs
4)Work jointly with other functions, such as mechanical and performance group, to develop engine products
QUALIFICATIONS:
1)Minimum Bachelor degree with major in engine or automotive engineering, electrical engineering or related fields
2)Previous experience in one of the following areas highly desirable: OBD(on-board diagnostics), engine controls calibration, electronic control hardware, aftertreatment system, fuel system, engine application
3)Good oral and written English skills
4)Previous knowledge in engine controls systems desirable
5)Quick and aggressive learner
6)Strong problem solving skills
7)Good communicator and term player, but capable of working independently
