Major Job Responsibilities
-Finish product development of PDP.
-Finish process continue improvement.
-Design process flow diagram. Support PFMEA. Support process control plan. Take charge of operation instruction.
-Develop equipment, tooling, gauge, container for samples and production parts.
-Validate process and equipment/tooling.
-Measure capability and capacity. Analysis capacity and capability.
-Improve process, equipment, tooling, gauge and container.
-Establish prevent maintenance requirement. Support maintenance work.
-Give product engineer reasonable advice.
-Support project cost estimate.
-Design equipment layout.
-Support operator training.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanics/refrigeration/automobile.
-With knowledge of automotive parts is preferred, especially with PTC/CRFM manufacturing experience. Good command of ISO/TS16949 is preferred.
