Main responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency
Responsible for receiving fax and forward to certain receivers
Responsible for receiving and disseminating all in and out mailings, couriers accurately and timely
Responsible for meeting room reservation and visitor entertaining
Responsible for business traveling arrangement, such as air ticket, hotel and car booking.
Undertake other necessary administrative job as required
Requirements:
College degree
Proficient with MS Office
Good command of verbal and written English
Quick learner and easygoing & detail-oriented
Good communication and coordination skill
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
Professional telephone etiquette
Enthusiastic, well-organized and self disciplined

The company, National Oilwell Varco Petroleum Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd and Shanghai NOW-LS Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd located in Jiading, Shanghai are subsidiary facilities of National Oilwell. NOP founded in 2001 which is the provider of electrical control system including SCR, LER and Driller’s Cabin with an estimated 80% of the installed base. NOEC is also committed to our existing product lines providing pumps with diversified types as well as maintaining parts and service. National Oilwell’s registered capital is up to 2,900,000 USD.
