职位描述: Job Responsibilities:
-Receive visitors in a proper manner.
-Answer and transfer in coming phone calls, distribute and send mails.
-Reserve and manage meeting rooms.
-Provide daily secretarial and administrative support to office.
-Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor and the management.

-College degree holder
-Good command in both oral and written English
-Be pleasant and courteous.
-Willing to learn and initiative on work.
-Good communication, interpersonal skill, team spirit.
