职位描述: 1、Search and manage documents, necessarily, provide support to the Director for the decision making by information analysis.
2、Coordinate and maintain good relationship with different departments and functions.
3、Help to supervise certain tasks, manage the process and make sure the deadline to be met and the outcome to be delivered.
4、Deal with daily administration issues and assist the director to improve team efficiency.
5、Familiar with O/A system, familiar with ISO system preferred.
