The position will entail, but not be limited to, the following areas:
· Telephone service and reception · Filings · Preparing the sending and receiving of local and international courier, · Updating of Customer Database · Assistance to the Personal Department
Basic Requirements · Chinese national · Female · Decent appearance · Excellent English, German Language skills are a plus · Familiar with Microsoft software (Word, Excel) and Lotus Notes (preferred) · Experience as receptionist or assistant in administration or HR will be an advantage · Experience in an international company is preferred
Personality · Customer-oriented approach and good interpersonal skills · Ability to work in a team and integrate into a German-Chinese work environment · Ability to work under pressure · Able to work on own initiative
