Responsibilities:
Formulate Retail network development strategy; Align network activities with the whole retail business strategy; Establish good relationship with local authorities & potential partners to pave the way for the team to expand the network; Ensure the quality of the network in terms of ROI and legal integrity; Ensure the engineering work (incl. Construction & Maintenance) is delivered timely, cost-effective and fit for operation; Explore more ways for network expansion in the local context, incl. Alliance, etc; Ensure all network activities comply with Shell business principles and HSSE standards; Provide coaching to the team and to support the team’s development.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree and above; Excellent negotiation and personal relationship skills; Strong analytical capability; Business acumen with relevant finance knowledge; Strong Leadership capability; Fluent in English.
