Verican, a San Francisco-based media technology and solutions company, is currently looking to fill several Customer Service Representative positions. Successful candidates will be able work closely with our clients in sales, technical support, and problem resolution. Native English speaker with ability to communicate clearly is required since you will be working directly with mid-level foreign managers at various organizations. We are aggressively calling into existing clients as well as potential new markets for additional business. Please note the position will require individuals to work 3am – 11:30am Tuesday to Saturday.
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities • Demonstrated leadership abilities • Experience in customer service and good phone etiquette • Strong written and oral communication skills • MS Office experience
Preferred: • Business experience a plus or a business degree • Prior experience in advertising sales, telesales or online help-desk • Chinese language skills helpful but not required • Technical knowledge helpful; web design, Photoshop or print design experience
