Position: HR Assistant Intern


Reponsibilities:
- Provide secretarial assistance to recruiting .e.g. interview arrangement. 

- Set up and maintain systematic and complete employee personnel files, update
on a regular basis.
- Support the HR Dept in staffing, offering and orientation organization, as w
ell as formalizing internal practices and process.
-Assistant to finish check-in &check-out process for intern.
- Undertake other assigned administrative tasks.

Requirements:
- College graduate, major in Human Resource or Japanese language.
- work experience in HR role with a multinational company is prefered.
- Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin.Strong Japanese commu
nication skill is must..
- Flexible, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and negotiation skill
.
- Professional and proactive service attitude with strong learning capability.

- An enthusiastic and motivated team player, able to work under high pressure.

- High attentive to detail with a sharp eye for consistency and efficiency.
- With a keen sense of customer service, help ensure to meet high expectations
.
- At least 3 work days every week.
