Qualifications
You must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering field
(Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science
) with more than three years of Embedded Windows related software
development experience, which include:
- Windows Mobile or Windows CE architecture knowledge
- Windows driver development experience
- Good understanding of software engineering processes and methods
- Strong programming and debugging skills in ARM assembly, C/C++
Additional qualifications are
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and
English
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Familiarity with ARM* and/or Intel XScale architecture and development
environment and/or tools would be an added advantage

Responsibilities
In this position, you will be working with the platform architects, OS
group technical leaders and other developers in the OS group,
to contribute to embedded Windows software development. Your
responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for the detailed development specifications (example,
component Low Level Design (LLD)) and unit test plans
- Participating in BSP software implementation for handheld and/or cellular
platforms with XScale based application processor
- Working with the OS BSP validation team to ensure the product is
thoroughly tested and meets established release criteria
