职位描述：
As Project Leader you are responsible for the overall execution and completion of an analog/mixed signal IC development project up to production. You will draw up a schedule based on the proposed specifications, seek project manpower in consultation with MST management and calculate costs for the project budget. During execution you will track progress, determine risks and define corrective actions.
One or more IC-architects are your technical partners concerning design and technical choices.
The projects have an average budget between 1-5 Meuro and have a duration of 12-18 months.
Requirements
-BSc-E or MSc-E.
-Preferable experience in the development of analog/mixed signal ICs.
-Experience in bringing IC development projects towards production
-Preferably experience in the mobile communications market
-Organizational talent, result-oriented with pro-active attitude.
-Good social skills, people manager, able to convey enthusiasm.
-Able to establish good relationships with a multi-disciplinary development team, international customers and subcontractors.
-Fluent in English
