Front-line customer support, issue resolution and management
Planning and implementing for training and support of a web-based technological platform
Manage, with support from Senior Managers, customer relationships
Liaise with Vancouver head office and Senior local managers
Assist with general office administrative duties
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Experienced leader, self starter and creative thinker
A degree or diploma, post-secondary institute
High English proficiency – both written and oral
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MSCRM (not required)
Team player with attention to detail
