职位描述:
Key Accountabilities:
Front-line customer support, issue resolution and management
Planning and implementing for training and support of a web-based technological platform
Manage, with support from Senior Managers, customer relationships
Liaise with Vancouver head office and Senior local managers
Assist with general office administrative duties

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Experienced leader, self starter and creative thinker
A degree or diploma, post-secondary institute
High English proficiency – both written and oral
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MSCRM (not required)
Team player with attention to detail

We are a dynamic, technology company that is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and responsible individual to join our Customer Support team. The position requires a motivated self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment. Duties will include, but are not limited to, front-line customer contact and issue management, customer training and coordination of services with customers and assisting with the day-to-day office management in conjunction with the local business managers.
