职位描述：
Your Responsibilities
Process development of burner (discharge tube) for new CFL (compact fluorescent lamps) product.
Investigate on burner building blocks/components (e.g Phosphor, Coil, Glass, Lead-in-wire, etc), make necessary change or new introduction based on material property and quality/cost trade-off.
Study process flow, and make change proposal on parameter adjustment, or equipment modification based on sound analysis (e.g Cpk, Cmk).
Working in a team, and contribute to product development.
Ensure proper engineering documentation.
Cooperation in Integral Project Teams (reporting to integral project manager); often sub-project leader for process development.
Active maintaining network with fellow-engineers from the Philips global CC network.
Your Profile
Education requirement: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Physics/Chemistry/Electronics.
Factory experiences is the must.
Experience in lamp manufacturing or related industry are highly preferred.
Understanding development tools like DoE, FMEA, etc.
Experience in working in teams.
Level of English: Good.
