Responsibility
1. Communication and work with BEGT and inside people to create the method to solve the parts' problems;
2. In charge of all the projects, such as Regionalization project, Internationalization project, QVE project...;
3. Re-qualify the local parts due to the mold transferred or for the second suppliers or for the back up molds;
4. Making the monthly report;
5. The special or extra works.

Schneider Shanghai Power Distribution Electrical Apparatus Co. Ltd. (SSPA) Was established in January 1996. It is a joint venture between Schneider Electric (China) Investment Co. Ltd.(SECI) and Shanghai Electrical Apparatus Co. Ltd.(SEAC). The total investment is USD 18M, among which SECI holds 80% and SEAC holds 20%. As the unique manufacturer of "Masterpact" low voltage air breaker, SSPA's new factory located in Kangqiao Industrial Zone is specially designed and constructed to cope with the most advanced process of France. The assembly lines are equipped with modern tools. The company has set strict standards to ensure the quality of the product. Now "Masterpact" air breakers are widely used in China. The headcount in 2003 is 180.
