职位描述

＊Organise events for the volunteers / families and supporters and patrons
＊Act as a translator from English to Chinese and Chinese to English
＊Work with Chinese companies to engage them in supporting TEAM Ireland and TEAM2007
＊Organise travel and accommodation logistics for TEAM2007 and patrons and families travelling to Shanghai
＊Assist in management of operations during the Games
＊Identify Roles for volunteers working in the GOC.
＊Identify roles for volunteers working with SOI
＊Adhere to Special Olympics Ireland policies & procedures
＊To attend Games Organising Committee (GOC) meetings and SOI meetings
＊To report to the Director of Special Events at regular intervals to update him/her on the Ceremonies functional area
