IBM China System and Technology Lab, Zhanghai office is recruiting one admin for team administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Arrange appointments and meetings for managers with clients and internal supporting teams to ensure the working efficiency of each team. Handle e-mails. Provide administrative support to the supporting managers. Provide general clerical support: (faxing, mail, phone calls, photocopying, etc.) Arrange team building activities. Assist and follow up with miscellaneous secretary issues.
Job Request: Outstanding communication skills. English major, TEM-8 or CET-6 above. Outstanding oral and written skill in both English and Chinese. Proficient operation skill of office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Willing to take responsibilities and self-motivated. Independent problem solving ability.
