POSITION TITLE: Technical Service Center (TSC) Manager

LOCATION: Beijing/Shanghai

REPORTING TO: CS Director (direct)
Competency Center (functional report)

RESPONSIBLE FOR: TSC Section Manager, TSC Engineer

BACKGROUND:

The Company is a French, Fortune 500 company. It is one of the world’s profitable power and control specialists. It has world class brands in, automation control, electrical, power, safety, PLC, control system solutions, and electrical network solution on broadband communication infrastructures; they anticipate and satisfy major electrical requirements in residential, building, industry, energy and infrastructure markets.
The company China headquarters is based in Beijing, with 5 sales & marketing offices and 13 JVs distribute within China.

JOB PURPOSE:

Set up & Lead technical service center to provide regional Level 2 (comprehensive technical support next to helpdesk) support for HK, Taiwan & China L1 in alignment with global regionalization strategy for customer care center.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Set up technical service center in China with the leadership from HGP Competency Center (Cooperate) & APOD quality;
 Develop & Optimize TSC Operating Model & processes;
 Define & communicate service process & framework with supported L1 organization in HK, Taiwan, China and other technical relevant Dept. such as marketing, PAE, ASS etc.
 Workload analysis & Build up efficient organization with advanced technical competence & quality customer service;
 Manage the team performance to achieve dept. objectives;
 Provide business and technical leadership, guidance and support to the team members;
 Monthly operating report;
 Responsible for Technical Service quality;
 Budget Management;
 Community of Practice – exchange/communication between the TSCs, sharing best practices and solutions.

WORK RELATIONSHIPS:
Externally – Competency Center and Quality; Technical support Level 1; China MKT.
Internally – CS Director, TSC Section Manager and TSC Engineer.

REQUIREMENTS:

 Bachelor degree or above, major of Electrical or Automation;
 5 years as Sr. Technical support or Marketing Engineer;
 Rich Experience in Project Management;
 Strong Communication skill;
 Fluent in both English and Mandarin;
 Skillful Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
