Department: R & D
Reports to: Team Leader
Essential Character Set:

Essential Skills Set:
·Extensive experience in CSS style sheeting, HTML, and W3C DOM;
·Familiarity with cross-browser differences (IE6, IE7, Firefox, Safari etc…);
·Extensive experience of PHP preferred, or experience in similar web-programming language with ability to learn PHP;
·Understanding of basic CS algorithms & processes;
·Experience with team based programming;
·Good understanding of database concepts & MySQL Syntax;
Desirable Requirements:
·Good understanding of HTML, javascript, AJAX programming;
·High level of computer proficiency;
·High level of written & spoken English;
·Creative & artistic with graphic editing skills (Photoshop, Fireworks etc…);
Job Responsibilities:
·Development of web back-end functionality;
·Review and bug fixing of existing codebase;
·Initiate design & planning of website functionality and code structure;
·Implement and improve designs provided by the web designer;
·Help design, test, and review user interface flow and processes;
·Make the website design "come true";
