职位描述: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.1Work in a Repair Center setting and become knowledgeable on Daktronics products.
1.2Assist technical support staff by:
1. Keep up to date and organize product workcells for maintaining efficient product throughput.
2. Complete proper test documentation for repairing/testing products.
3. Familiar with the database
4. Use and improve product processes to provide feedback and assistance to Customer Service Technician.
1.3Work effectively as a team member, work with little supervision, help when and where needed, make and implement suggestions for product and process improvement, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner.
1.4Technical Support: Repair Center:
1. Assist Customers over the phone with technical and product service questions.
2. Provide proper documentation regarding site visits. Ensure that this information is placed in the proper area for future reference.
3. Competently represent Daktronics to customers. Use good judgment and make good decisions. Become knowledgeable of and follow company procedures.
4. Perform other duties as assigned and needed to meet customer and/or department expectations.
5. Personal growth and continued increase in contribution
Be responsible for repair of Daktronics electronic equipment in the Shanghai office for the region. Manage and promote services to Daktronics customers including maintenance support as defined in the maintenance agreements, content and production.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology. Other related technical degree with related experience.
2.Ability to travel via ground or air transportation.
3.Ability to travel to the United States and within China.
4.Able to work at heights, work from a ladder and ability to carry ladder/tools/parts from vehicle to work site.
5.Available to work evenings and/or weekends to support facility event schedules (possibly on short notice).
6.Must be responsible for daily and weekly work (work with little supervision).
7.Must be self-motivated and organized in order to plan, execute, and document work.
8.Computer skills including Windows NT/2000/XP, Internet navigation, word processing and spreadsheets.
9.Good oral and written communications skills. Good negotiating skills.
