ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to execute the Lean Six Sigma strategy for process improvement
* Teach, coach and mentor BBs and GBs on Lean Six Sigma methodology and ensure timely certification
* Facilitate development of co-located business BBs as instructors, mentors and coaches
* Work with business leaders and process owners to identify/prioritize process improvement opportunities
* Lead Master Black Belt projects to deliver process improvement and on-going control
* Coordinate classes for Green Belts (GB), Black Belts (BB) and advanced level students
* Facilitate Lean Action Workouts driving process improvements within CTC
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree
* Excellent oral and written English and Mandarin skills
* Strong, motivating leader with demonstrated coaching & influencing skills
* Demonstrated change agent who is comfortable to challenge the norm
* Committed, self-motivated, results oriented individual with proven ability to execute
* Outstanding communication, presentation, facilitation skills
* Demonstrated project management and multi-tasking skills
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* GB Certified (GE Only)

GE started doing business in China as early as 1906 and was considered one of the most active foreign companies in the country at the time. In 1908, the first GE light plant was built in Shenyang. GE acquired Anderson, Meyer & Co. in 1934 and started to provide installation and repair services of imported electric equipment in China. GE resumed trade with People’s Republic of China in 1979.
