职位描述：
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is the first NDT SQE position in GE Transportation, it is the first step to build up NDT expertise for the business, starting with China operation.
* Responsible for NDT(MPI, UT, X-Ray) quality and process control of all sourced products in China
* Lead the process audits at the suppliers, identify potential quality risks, implement and track corrective actions.
* Provide frequent NDT training to the suppliers and the project SQEs in the team.
* Working closely with global team, communicate and solve technical and quality issues with engineering and quality teams; participate and contribute to the global sourcing efforts/meetings
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
* Level 2-3 of UT, MPI&X-ray
* Familiar with ASTM or US military NDT standard.
* Strong influencing and communication skills, be able to work with US sourcing team, engineering and quality team with diversified personalities and cultures on a daily basis
* BS degree of mechanical engineering or related technical discipline
* Good English written and spoken capability is required.
