职位描述：
a) Provide BPO's with in depth Apollo knowledge to solve functional issues.
b) Support key users with Apollo process knowledge and organize key user meetings to exchange experiences and know how, and to facilitate collective learning.
c) Coordinate the deliverance of ICT services, on the bases of agreed priorities of issues. Assist in specifying requests, monitor performance of systems and services and maintain the required service level by pro-active interventions and trouble-shooting.
d) Ensure smooth ICT servicing by structural measures like service level agreements and procedures.
e) Monitor cost of ICT services and operations (focus on total cost of ownership)
f) Coordinate periodic testing of support packages by key users (e.g. monthly SAP kernel support package).
g) Endorse and stimulate the use of standard business processes across the business unit. Implement standard processes.
h) Monitor the use of applications and correct Master Data management.
i) Manage change projects (e.g. release upgrades) to enhance functionality, upgrade standards or ensure the fit between systems and changing environments.
j) Execute, schedule and monitor functional batch jobs (e.g. daily invoice printing, data exchange with other systems like SAP BW, monthly closing procedures).
k) Execute information analysis to improve processes.
l) Issue, judge and implement change requests
m) Organize special training on complex BU specific functions
n) Propose new ICT standards to Corporate ICT for problems or improvements in the own business group
