职位描述: Position Summary
The responsibilities of him/her:
1.Assist manager/consultant to plan, design, supervise and analyze research projects.
2.Contact with client, build client rapport and address their general information and analysis request
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist consultant to perform project management including project supervising, data analyze and reporting of research projects:
- Understand consultant's project briefing, and help to do the research design
- Assist consultant to do data analysis and to finish the report
- Supervise the whole process to ensure the quality of the project and deliverables on time independently
Communication with clients
- Understand the client's general information request and deliver analysis/information upon request on time
- Build good working relationship with client
Required Skills:
Attitude – responsible, independent, self-motivated, working under pressure, strong learning agility
People & Communication – Able to interact effectively within the company. He/she also need to have good working relationships with client.
Experience – no particular requirment on this, but relevant experience in marketing and marketing research is preferred.
Language – Good written and oral skills in English. He/she is able to write English questionnaire and emails clearly and capable of daily communication in English.
PC Literacy – Internet, MS office (esp. strong Powerpoint skill is needed). SPSS knowledge is preferred.
Education – Bachelor and above, no specific requirement on the major. Marketing, advertising, sociology, psychology and statistics are preferred.
