职位描述：
JOB FUCTION:
1. Import & export coordination & Transactions;
2. Shipping contact and follow-up;
3. Purchasing assistance and follow-up;
4. Overall logistic support and coordination.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assisting the logistic supervisor in handling daily supply chain management;
2. Assistance with purchasing procedures, including inquiries, filings, payments, etc;
3. Shipping coordination, including invitation of bids, documentation, filing, arrangements, etc;
4. Help in monitoring the flow of cargos;
5. SAP data input & update;
6. Logistic filing, including quotes, shipments, import & export licenses, etc;
7. Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner;
8. Other tasks as required.
QUALIFICATION:
1. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade, English or other related fields;
2. Relevant working experience in logistics/foreign trade preferred;
3. Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
4. CET-6 or above;
5. Good English both verbal & written communication skills;
6. Good computer skills, including WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, etc.;
7. Ability to learn new software including SAP, etc;
8. Detail-oriented, with good planning, organization and execution capabilities, able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure;
9. Good work ethic and team work spirit
