Qualifications
- Experienced in telecom mediation technology & business domain knowledge is mandatory. Skilled at one of popular mediation products’ (e.g. Intec, or HP IUM etc.) customization development. Mediation product’s configuration capacity is a plus. - Experienced in programming in Java/Shell/Stored Procedure is mandatory. Skilled at Java Web Programming is a plus. - Proficiency in Unix, Windows 2000 and RDBMS is a must. Oracle on HP-UX preferred. - Strong leadership and teamwork capability - Strong problem solving capability - Good communication skill - Able to travel if needed
