THOMSON APAC Operations – Department assistant – Intern APAC Operation manages Thomson products that are launched and manufactured from APAC, or customized and delivered to APAC customers. APAC Operation covers full/partial Product Life-Cycle, based on business requirements, customer bases, and manufacturing sites
Job Description: -Performing clerical duties, such as documentation, financial tracking and logistics for department -Drafting correspondence -Organizing & maintaining paper and electronic files -Handling information requests and preparing reports; -Arranging conference -Receiving visitors -Scheduling appointments/meetings -Organizing business itineraries, travel arrangements, conferences, meetings, and social functions -Provide written & oral translation support -Other business case or department related issues when asked for assistances.
Requirement: -Full- time job; -Last 3-6 months; -Fluent in both oral and written English; -Proficient computer skills with sound knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc; -highly concentration to details; -High level of organizational and interpersonal skills; -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; -Initiative attitude towards work and strong problem solving skills
