Global Technology Development is the global Research and Development organizat
ion of Philips Lighting which is responsible for development of lighting sourc
es for global market, including High Intensity Discharge, Compact Fluorescent
Lamp, Tube Light, Halogen, and Solid State Lighting. It provides innovation an
d product/process development services to the Lamp organization of Philips Lig
hting.

Position: Mechanical Design Intern

Key Responsibility:
- Assist or execute mechanical design work for equipment
- Responsible for achieve user’s specification and functional specification t
ogether with the customer
- Technical support during mounting and commissioning
- Responsible for the part project work, including detail drafting, documentat
ion, progress, etc.

Candidate Profile:
- BS/MS in Mechanical engineering
-        at least 3 days per week available
- good at reading/writing/speaking English
- Team spirit
