Job Title: Logistic Assistant

Ubisoft Shanghai Distribution was found in 1996. We distributed hundreds offli
ne games in the over 10 years, such as Rayman, Might & Magic, Resident Evil, S
words3, Settlers, Heroes, Brothers in arm, Splinter Cell, etc.
We are looking for a logistics assistant who is responsible, potentials to wor
k hard and with financial sense.
The position reports to logistics manager

Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse management
2. Manage local purchase logistics operation to ensure the local purchase good
s to be safely and timely delivered to 3PL warehouse;
3. On-time complete system transaction in PN300 to ensure inventory stock in w
ell managed; maintain the data for the internal program.
4. Verify monthly billing accuracy from related 3PL and apply accrual;
5. Control the logistics cost
6. Keep filing of related logistics documentation in a tidy, safe and proper w
ay

Competences:
1. College or Bachelor degree
2. At least 1 year experience in logistics /supply chain related field
3. 3PL and/or FTZ experience is granted as advantage
4. Familiar with SAP / MRP is a plus
5. Result-oriented personality and sense of responsibility
6. Good sense of logistics / supply chain / customer service
7. Fluent in English and Microsoft office.
