For its establishment in China a European Consulting and Engineering
company is looking for highly motivated and experienced project
managers.

*Mission :

* Builds up a efficient a reliable set of first class software
development partners

* Develops, establishes and follows-up project plans

* Leads, coaches and coordinates the teams of development partner
through the whole project development process*

* Assumes responsibility for development time, development costs,
final product quality and performance*


*Requirements :

* 7+ years design experience in software development

* Successful track record of 3+ years as a team leader / project
manager*

* University Degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Software Engineering*

* Project management Certification is a real plus

* Rigorous and systematic work style; result oriented*

* Pragmatic, hands-on approach with the will to drive the team to
reach the committed goals*

* Excellent at developing relationships at all levels of both external
development partners and within own organisation, good conflict
management capabilities*

* Practical experience in project & resources planning, FMEA, risk
management*

* Customer oriented, excellent communication and presentation skills*

* Knowledge of documentation and product validation procedures*

* Self-starter, outgoing person, open minded*

* Innovative and mature personality which is able to drive changes*

* Chinese (mother tongue) and Fluent in English (oral and written),
French is a plus*
