职位描述(Job Descriptions)
PURPOSE Reporting to Team Manager, the job holder is responsible to help customers to solve technical problem and provide effective solutions to improve customer’s application experience with web/email or phone call response. The candidate will act as a MS technology expert and provide customer services by well presenting MS product, solutions and technologies. RESPONSIBILITES -The work need to support Microsoft partners in English -Understand and learn MS product and technology. -Provide customer service based on their technical needs. -Responsible for providing technical solution to customer’s problem and questions. -Responsible for achieving the team business goal of the service request volume and customer satisfaction rate. REQUIREMENTS -Candidates are required to have a technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent concentration. -In-depth understanding of 2 of the following technologies (MCSE certified is preferred):
1.Client software including Windows Client and Office
2.Windows 2000/2003 (including server management, networking, Active Directory, IIS etc)
3.Small Business Server
4.Exchange server -Excellent command of English in written and oral. -The ability to work under pressure is required. -Good Communication Skill is a must. Good Team-worker. -Consulting or service related working experience is a preference mail to:tracy.wang@
