职位描述(Job Descriptions)
工作地点:上海微软 The Production Engineer has a general focus across multiple products and is responsible for review, correction, and data entry for Support content. Job Responsibilities: -Revising large batches of Microsoft Knowledge Base articles or other technical content -Website management and updates -Support pages driven by GDS interface -Accurately track progress of multiple lists of tasks -Process feedback from customers, vendors, and partners. Determine action required based on feedback, and drive actions to completion. Job Qualifications： -Functional expertise in Windows, Office, Internet Explorer -Excellent written communication skills -Experience with XML authoring and knowledge management systems -Cross-group collaboration -Customer-focused innovation -Passion for quality -Ability to work well under deadlines -Attention to detail -Aptitude for learning new tools and technologies quickly -Programming experience is a plus.
