职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities:
Telephone answer and transfer, operate fax machine and related communications equipmentProvide reception service at front desk and greet visitors on arrival and direct visitors to their destinationArrange receiving and sending courier packagesOffice supplies purchasingHotel and air tickets reservationProvide daily secretarial and administrative support to office.Any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements: n Proficient in MS Office; n Knowledge in Accounting and Legal fields preferred; n Well-organized, dependable, accurate, effective problem solving skills, good team player; n A self starter, willing to work flexible hours, able to meet deadline and work under pressure; n Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin); 联系方式:
