Specialism:HR
Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a Graduate Recruitment Leader for China and Hong Kong. Working as part of the Human Resources Leadership team and with a team across mainland China and Hong Kong, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our National Graduate Recruitment Strategy.
Activities will include but not be limited to:
Determining graduate sourcing strategies
Developing and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders including the PwC Leadership, Universities and student bodies, candidates and professional association.
Designing and implementing robust selection methodologies
Coaching of the team and other stakeholders
Maintaining and enhancing our graduate employer brand to ensure we are an 'employer of choice'.
Requirements:
A recognised tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Commerce, Social Sciences or similar.
Solid graduate recruitment HR experience, preferably within a services or multi-national organisation
Alternatively experience in generalist HR which includes a recruitment component
Recruitment experience within China
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Strong negotiation, influencing and consulting skills along with the ability to build strong client relationships
Proven project management experience
High energy and a can do attitude
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Experience in managing and developing a multi-locational team
