职位描述：
- Hierarchizing activities in the respect of deadline and managing priorities.
- Writing mails, formalizing and typing memos.
- Receiving, reading and dispatching mails and faxes for the department and her boss. Dispatching memos and professional notes.
- Receiving and managing calls.
- Piloting the employees' agenda, organizing their meetings and optimizing their time.
- Organizing the employees' business trips.
- Organizing the meeting and piloting the logistics for the members (taxis, hostels, flight
- Following-up the budget of the department.
- Managing some projects according the requests from her manager.
- Translating some non-technical documents
- Keeping the office furniture in good status and the office clean.
-College or bachelor degree;
-Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated;
-Fluency in English and Japanese is a must, Germany is a plus;
-Master in IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
