POSITION TITLE: Head of Human Capital Advisory Services, South China

RESPONSIBLE TO: Head of Human Capital Advisory Services, China

The first office in China was established in 1996 in Beijing. Since that time offices has been established in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing and Dalian.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Human Capital Advisory Services (HCAS) business result in the South China market, from developing the South China HCAS business plan till executing the plan to ensure the best accomplishment of the plan by:-
- Building a strong marketing image in conjunctions with local and Business Development team to assist in building a much more aggressive marketing presence in the South China Market;
- Leveraging of national and other business lines’ client relationships to maximize local market sales;
- Attaining of revenue for target key accounts and other clients;
- Managing overall sales and marketing and the delivery of HR related consulting services by directing and guiding staff to ensure attainment of clients’ satisfaction and business targets.
Initiate and facilitate the review and development of improvement actions in areas where performance falls short of business plan expectations;
Contribute to the development of business and implementation of business plan for China: -
- Ensure client satisfaction with the services offered;
- Achieve business revenue targets by developing new business opportunities with new clients and the existing clients as opportunities/requirements rise.
Develop staff capabilities as well as provide coaching/guidance, performance review of team members to ensure the correct mix of talents/skills to deliver quality consulting services;
Work together with other business lines leaders in South China to assure the integrated presentation of all services of the company to the market.
