1.Senior E&I Engineer 高级电器及仪表工程师,
Vacancy: Several
Responsibilities
Assume total ownership of PCT or Electrical equipment for his area
Plant safety including product safety, process safety and labor working
environmental safety.
Plan and lead Electrical team and maintenance crew to perform routine and
preventive maintenance in view of plant safety, production, and product
quality requirements
Implement electrical and instrument modification and new investment
projects
Instruct technical personnel in view of legal obligation and company
policy.
Train and qualify PCT personnel according to plant safety and technical
requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree in automation engineering from knowned
university
Work experience in relevant field in design and maintenance of instruments
and controls of at least 5 years
Knowledge of digital plant automation structures and electrical systems
Knowledge of Emerson DeltaV Control Systems and Intergraph Intools CAE
package is advantageous
Open minded and eager to learn with good communication skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English including technical English
Knowledge of all relevant GB and IEC codes with regard to design and
maintenance of electrical and instrument systems in petrochemical plant

2. Job Title:
Operation Supervisor

Major Responsibilities

Fully responsible for the save and efficient plant operation during shift
Reporting to the plant manager
Personnel management for shift personnel, training and performance
evaluation
Ensure compliance with existing standards, directives and SOP’s
Request
University degree in chemical engineering or chemistry
At least 2 years experience in chemical or petrochemical plants as shift
supervisor
Strong learning ability to cope with new state of the art technology
Good communication skills in English; Good computer skills
Loyalty, leadership skills

3.Job Title: HES Expert
Legal entity/Division:
BPUS
Major Responsibilities (4-5 major activities - responsibilities)
Reports to plant manager
Participate in developing unit specific HES procedures
Provide training for HES site procedures and unit specific HES procedures.
Monitor compliance with site and unit specific standards
Review manuals, permits, emergency response plan, HAZOP, etc and document
status
Internal / external communication regarding HSE issues
Request
University degree in chemical engineering, chemistry or process safety
At least 3 years experience in chemical or petrochemical plants
Demonstrated performance with solid hands on HES experience,

Good communication skills English
Strong knowledge of relevant Chinese HES legislation, regulation and
standards
Good leadership and interpersonal skills
