To meet our strong business growth, we invite suitable candidates to apply 
for IAP training program. IAP's are young professionals, from different 
parts of the world, who are trained intensively within the Lufthansa group.

During the course of the two-year training program, the IAP's are 
constantly rotated in various departments of Lufthansa Group in Germany and 
international field offices. The mix of international trainees and the vast 
international exposure promotes better inter-cultural understanding and a 
comprehensive overview of the business practices within Lufthansa. 

The training commencing in September 2007 would qualify them as high 
potentials within Lufthansa Cargo.

The ideal applicant should possess the following prerequisites:

"   Fresh Graduates (degree holders) or Diploma holders with minimum 2 
years of work experience
"   Fluency in both English & German languages is a MUST
"   Service-oriented
"   Pleasant personality with strong inter-personal & communication skills
"   Flexible and adaptable to different cultures
"   Excellent skills in teamwork, planning, organisation  & facilitation
"   Willing to travel / relocate to other parts of the world
