Carrier Services Asia (New Grad)
Define Telecom Services requirements based on input from Regional and Global Engineering teams. Communicate these requirements to our Suppliers in Requests for Proposals. Follow an established process for evaluation and recommendation of Supplier(s) to implement these services. Work with Supply Management and Engineering teams to negotiate suitable terms and conditions to meet network requirements and budget forecasts with acceptable risk to Nortel. Work with team members to ensure accurate service details are tracked in the services database throughout the product lifecyle. Manage and report on change in service cost metrics and impact to any contract commitments as a result of re engineering, renegotiation or RFP activity in the region. Scope of work includes: processing and tracking orders to completion (moves, adds, changes, and deletes) according to requirements provided by Engineering Services personnel; tracking and reporting service delivery status; cost validation/audit of invoices against contract terms for payment by Accounts. Establish regional benchmarks for the objective measurement of supplier performance against contract and build positive working relationships with Regional and Global Suppliers to drive the high levels of performance required by our internal Nortel Business Customers. Knowledge of available Carrier services and technologies across the region mandatory.
Requirement: Bachelor degree major in telecommunication
