The job holder is responsible for delivering professional technical supporting and trouble-shooting to Microsoft's premier Windows Mobile customers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical service to Windows Mobile OEM/ODM, which including technical consulting, training, supporting, trouble-shooting etc.
- Cross-Group collaboration, cooperate with other teams to achieve customer satisfaction and business goal
- Contribute innovative technical solutions that help our customers reduce lower device costs and shorten time to market.
- Occasionally, develop technical content and make technical presentations to customers.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline preferred
- Must have software development experience for Windows CE, Windows Mobile or Windows,experience writing code in C, C++
- Solid understanding of Windows operating systems (CE, Mobile,XP) and associated OS tools and utilities is required.
- Basic understanding of hardware design and high level architecture of OEM designs is preferred.
- Fluent in both oral and written English, excellent communication skills are required, and must be a strong team player with a constructive perspective and committed to the success of the group.
