-Executing and leading Field and office research and location of prime real estate for a new International F&B chain in Shanghai
-Knowledge of the Real estate F&B market in Shanghai.
-Responsible for locating prime places in Shanghai.
-Responsible for preparing working plan and presentations of the potential targets.
