职位描述：
    Department: PLS/LB
    Location: Shanghai
    Vacancy: 1

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the overall performance of the product group of Analytical Chromatography, including sales revenue, gross margin and inventory management;
    • Develop and implement marketing activities including branding, pricing and distribution together with the marketing team and take general leads for various marketing projects;
    • Provide commercial and technical support to both the external customers and the internal sales and marketing teams;
    • Responsible for routine communication and cooperation with marketing and technical colleagues in the headquarters;
    • Supervise, motivate and develop team members

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree or above in Chemical Analysis or other related background
    • Strong working experience in marketing, sales or technical service for HPLC columns related business. Good knowledge about the application technology of HPLC instruments and consumables.
    • Familiar with the customers and markets of HPLC. Good business management and development capability.
    • Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
    • Self-motivated, be able to work independently and under pressure, people management will be a plus
    • Familiar with basic office computer skills
    • Proficiency in oral and written English
