The position is responsible for planning and development projects in areas such as ODEP, account management SOP, TCO and sales competence, and support the implementation of the above across all operator accounts in China Area. Main Responsibility Areas
• Operator Direct Engagement Process Renewal Identify needs and opportunties to enhance/renew existing ODEP model Design solutions for improvement and renewal of ODEP framework, processes and tools Align with cross functions in process/framework/tool design Develop material for communication/training to sales and cross functions • Operator Account Management SOP and Selling Process Development Design and implement SOP for HQ/provincial/city level account management Design and implement pipeline management framework and process Support account management system development • Operator TCO Development Design and renew operator TCO framework Develop customer proposition development processes • Operator Sales Competence Development Design operator sales competence model, and align with HR and Learning Center for the learning solution development Support Country Operator Account Team in sales competence audit and learning solution planning
Requirements:
• Proven track record in planning, process development and project management. Consultancy background preferred. • Sound understanding of business principles • Attention to details and logical thinking • Excellent quantative anaylsis skill • Great presentation skill and advanced Excel skill • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and matrix organization; tolerance of ambiguity • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills • Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and oral)
