职位描述：
    Location: 亦庄经济开发区（提供班车）
    Job Description:

    Monitor customer specific shipments to ensure transit time commitments are met
    Manage data used for internal and customer reports
    Coordinate shipments with operations and vendors to meet customer expectations
    Issue Root Cause / Corrective Actions against vendors and stations as necessary
    Escalate potential and actual issues affecting on time delivery internally and to the customer
    Creation and ongoing maintenance of customer specific SOPs and documenting special requirements.
    Tracking and tracing shipments with stations and vendors
    Data entry of notes and comments into operating system
    Ensure Unitel 21 profiles are established, Performas are created, and rates are loaded correctly
    Ensure data integrity in SCI2 – shipment tracking info is present and correct
    Knowledge and compliance to all Standard Operating Procedures, Field and Customer Specific
    Compilation of all APAC CFM, lane card and customer invoicing

    Job Requirement:

    Bachelor's degree or above
    Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
    Good negotiation, persuasion, organizational and interpersonal skills;
    High degree of ability to work under pressure and deadlines
    Ability to problem solves and makes sound decisions
    Must be adaptable in working with a wide range of levels of staff and management
