职位要求：

职位：Senior Computational Chemistry

要求：
·Ph.D degree in computer sciences/computational chemistry/chemoinformatics/
·Fluency in C++/C PERL/Python, Java
·Demonstrated competency in setting up, managing and working in Linux environment
·Extensive experience in scientific software design and implementation
·Demonstrated competency in software development life cycle methods, techniques, and tools
·An excellent knowledge of chemistry with equivalent experience in biology, biochemistry, or related discipline
·Demonstrated ability to solve chemoinformatics problems using appropriate tools and databases

职位 Director of Screening Technology

Responsibilities include 1) setting direction and strategy for compound profiling assays; 2) establishing and overseeing group functions with assay development and routine compound profiling support for target classes of enzymes, nuclear receptors, and GPCRs; 3) establishing and managing key scientific collaborations with external partners including library screening; 4) communicating and presenting program updates to senior managements and collaboration partners; and 5) initiating scientific publications.

The candidate should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in biochemistry, cell biology, or pharmacology with more than 8 years of drug discovery research experience, preferably in biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Expertise in development of enzymatic, biochemical, receptor-based, and cell-based assays, pathway mapping, and cell signaling characterization is highly desirable. Familiarity with state-of-art assay technology with various detections and experience working with target classes of enzymes, nuclear receptors, and GPCRs are required.

The candidate should have broad scientific knowledge, a track record of scientific achievements, and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and interdisciplinary team-working environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.

职位Scientist/Senior Scientist/Group Leader

Responsibilities include 1) developing in vitro and/or cell-based assays for enzymes, nuclear receptors, and GPCRs; 2) carrying out routine compound profiling and library screening; 3) managing research associates to carry out assay development and compound testing; 4) communicating results to management team; and 5) initiating SOP generation and participating in scientific publications.

The candidate should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in biochemistry, cell biology, or pharmacology with more than 3 years of drug discovery research experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Expertise in developing various enzymatic, receptor-based, and cell-based assays, pathway mapping, and cell signaling characterization is preferred. Familiarity with assay technologies and compound library screening is desirable.

The candidate should be well organized, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and has demonstrated achievements with publications. Understand of drug discovery and development process and procedures, experience in research collaborations, and supervisory roles in the past are added qualifications for this position.
