1.Interviews. You need to go through at least 1 telephone interview and at least 8 hours of face-to-face interview. You will be tested for English reading and writing.
2.Three-month trial. You will have to survive through a three-month trial to obtain our formal employment offer.
3.Completely flexible working schedule. You are only suggested to be in the office from 11 AM to 3 PM. You can work at home if needed. You will be asked to spend 20% of your paid time on projects or ideas started by yourself.
4.Our working languages are English and Chinese, with written communications mainly in English (especially source code comments and project management).
5.All our computers run Linux except that testers may use Windows to test browser compatibility in IE. Windows is prohibited in all other cases.
6.All employees will participate in recruiting and peer performance review.
7.30 days of paid absence per calendar year.

Knowledge of the following techniques are pluses： Hibernate, Tapestry, CSS, Unix shell scripting, Eclipse, Python, AJAX, Lucence, CVS, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing.
