Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and development of configurable & automated test harness provides
testing and bug reporting to tool chain, libraries, kernel, applications, or d
river team.
- posts test results externally, so customers can understand the state of ever
ything makes customers feel comfortable using ADI's open source tool chain, li
braries, kernel, applications, or drivers provides customers test infrastructu
re to ensure reduction in customer test responsible for ensuring uClinux syste
m (compiler, kernel, libraries, driver, applications) meets defined performanc
e metrics & assists development teams in identifying

Skill Requirements

- Bachelors Candidate in EE or CS,
- Experience in Embedded systems
- Required to organize, test activities starting from requirements review to t
est execution.
- Helping in defining requirements, test cases/test code and helping in debugg
ing Device drivers on embedded platforms Writing test plans for multiple subsy
stems, multiple releases Tracking all activities related to test including tes
t development and test execution activities for multiple releases Experience i
n Automation of test cases, report generation, preferably gained within a deve
lopment environment Understanding of source code control systems (cvs) is esse
ntial previous experience of Unix, Linux and Windows operating environments un
derstanding of expect, perl and other scripting languages which can be used fo
r test automation Working knowledge of C, C++ and Assembly Previous experience
s in design, code, test and debug of device drivers on OS based embedded syste
ms is a huge plus Ability to plan and organize testing of multiple, parallel,
simultaneous releases Understanding of Testing Methodology, testing practices,
Release Maturity definition, Software Lifecycle models
